Coaching Goodness~ What Are You Waiting For?

 

I was thinking today about time and how many coaches put off building a business. There’s no time like the present it is said.

That is it that holds coaches back from the goodness of coaching? Ah yes! I know. Yes I was there once. The monkey mind that messes with us. 

The list:

I’m not good enough .

I don’t know enough.

I am not totally healthy and feel like an imposter. 

I’m not confident.

Blah de blah blah blah….right? You resonate much? 

Yes I’ve been there! 


Interestingly enough it’s facing that thing, that start , that gives you exact;y what you need. Yes! When you start seeing and feeling the goodness of being a coach then much of the above goes away. 

You see happy clients that you are helping. They are getting results!


My advice? JUST START!

That’s it! Just do it! You will love it!
