A LOVE LETTER TO COACHES

I see you. I have seen you for a long time. Okay I am not stalking you so no worries! I see you, as in I get you, I understand you and I feel for you.

WHY?


The List

Number 1 Not good enough

That's right. This is the bugger that acts as a door stop in everything you try to do. That uninvited guest pops in so as to eat up every bit of gift on your kitchen table and leave you wanting. So, then you....


Number 2 You keep looking around, searching and worse yet COMPARING! AY-YI-YI This only serves to sink you deeper. Ugh! You might even say "wow I can do that." But then don't.


Number 3 Why is it taking so long? I learned so much in coaching school and on paper it sounded great but in reality, it has not gone this way for me. Frankly, where do I even begin?

Frankly I will not go on because you know all the trappings. Yes, root word TRAP. 

The truth is YOU HAVE IT ALL! You just can't see it. 

Read that again: you just cannot see yourself. As you are! Because you awe-r! Oh, while you are at it, please read the letter above again!

What can you do?

1) Learn how to love and respect and honor yourself! Self-love rocks. This is the way to het where you want to. It is not out there, it is in here.

2) Stop looking at everyone else and put your nose in your own biz, focus there and grow it one step at a time.

3) Be patient. Just begin. Just start and build. That is all there is to do. No one can jump into success as it is a series of steps.
